  • Refund Policy:

    • Due to the nature of our physical products being print-on-demand, they cannot be returned.

    • Refunds or replacements are offered only for verified defects or issues with the product.

    • We kindly emphasize that mere dissatisfaction with the physical product, unless it stems from an error on the part of Real Originals, does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

    • If there is a genuine issue with the physical item you've received, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, providing details and any relevant evidence of the issue.

    • Any claims made after 14 days of receiving the physical product may not be entertained.
