Digital Products: Upon purchase, an instant download link will be dispatched to the customer's email.
Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of our physical products being print-on-demand, they cannot be returned.
Refunds or replacements are offered only for verified defects or issues with the product.
We kindly emphasize that mere dissatisfaction with the physical product, unless it stems from an error on the part of Real Originals, does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
If there is a genuine issue with the physical item you've received, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, providing details and any relevant evidence of the issue.
Any claims made after 14 days of receiving the physical product may not be entertained.
